David F. Levi, director of the Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke Law School, will be joined by Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht, Judge Allyson K. Duncan, Suzanne Spalding, and Rodney Acker to discuss threats to judicial independence. Their conversation will cover topics such as threats at the state and federal level, as well as threats to international judiciaries and disinformation attacks on the judiciary through digital media. They will also discuss how members of the bar can and should support the judiciary during such attacks.
